WhatsApp has been constantly adding new features to its platform in recent months. As part of these updates, the messaging service, owned by Meta, has improved poll functionality, included support for autoplaying GIFs, enabled multi-device usage, introduced disappearing messages, Chat Lock, and message editing. Amidst these changes, WhatsApp has been working on refining the user interface of its Android app. Most recently, it released a bottom navigation bar was made available in its beta channel. However, this isn’t the only UI revamp in progress. WhatsApp intends to redesign the Group settings menu to simplify its structure.
The redesigned Group settings menu is now available for WhatsApp beta testers using the most recent v2.23.11.11 build, as reported by WABetaInfo. This update brings important options to the forefront and introduces toggles for adding people and sending messages.
The new Group settings menu offers better navigation than the existing system since it eliminates the need to switch between numerous windows in order to access different parameters.
